Shipping, returns & exchanges
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation of your purchase and an order number. The average delivery time is 1 week after the confirmation of the order.
We try to keep our stock as precise as possible. If you ordered a product listed as available on our website that turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you. It may be that the article will be back in stock. If that is not the case, you will always have the possibility to exchange the article for another or get a refund.
We send our orders through the Belgium’s leading postal operator that offer a track & trace code.
We do our best to respect the delivery times indicated above and reduce any delay, but we cannot be held responsible for any late arrival of a delivery or a package that is lost by third parties or by unforeseen circumstances.
After order confirmation and receipt of the payment, the items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the client.
If an order is not delivered within the specified time, an investigation will happen by the carrier, which may take several days. During this period we cannot repay the goods or the shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
Please, check the products at reception and see if they were delivered in accordance with the order. If not, mention it on the delivery note and indicate what was wrong. This receipt must be signed by the customer. In the absence of such a reservation, the goods are irrevocably accepted by the customer as being in conformity with the order placed and thus free of defects or damage.
Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in original condition.
We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery if the items are not worn, clean, neatly packed and still having their label tag attached. The items must be returned in the original packaging. We also will need your proof of purchase and the return form.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
We are not responsible for return items that get lost in the mail. We will not be able to process your return if your parcel has been lost in the mail.
The return process takes about 10 working days after arrival of your parcel in our warehouse.
