If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and you want to return it or exchange it for a different product, please print this page and fill in the form below. Send it back with the products (within 14 days after receiving the package).
Please make sure that the products are not damaged or used and still have their label tags attached. Return the products in the original packaging (it is recommended to use a track & trace service as we are not responsible for items lost by mail) at the following address:
